Beyond Pro is partnered with top fiber companies nationwide, and we’re expanding fast. We need driven individuals to join our team as Fiber Installation technicians to help us deliver on the increasing demand!

🚫 You don’t want a performance-based pay structure with commissions.
The Job: What You'll Be Doing
✔ Installation, programming, cabling, and testing of low-voltage fiber lines.
✔ Installing NID (Network Interface Devices) for fiber internet service.
✔ Potential fiber splicing to ensure proper service connections.
✔ Diagnose and troubleshoot system failures to ensure optimal performance.
✔ Provide technical support to customers, including remote phone troubleshooting.
✔ Manage installation tools and equipment, such as ladders, hand tools, cable ties, and other necessary materials.
✔ Complete installations professionally and in accordance with customer expectations.
About Our Travelling Blitz Team
✅ We have 2 types of teams - local teams & blitz teams, if you want to be on a blitz team: We would send you to an area to work where needs are high and leads are hot. Members on our blitz team work 20 days on and have 10 days off to be back home with family. Managers help with travel expenses and housing. Sales quotas are given for this team.

Qualifications & Requirements
At least 6 months experience installing fiber internet.
Must have your own misc. hardware, clerical and electrical tools (from ladders, hand tools, ties/straps, and any other misc. tools) to effectively and professionally complete the job in acceptance to the scope and customer.
Travel at least 15 days a month if you're on the blitz team.

Pay & Compensation
This role is 100% commission.
